Finnair halts Helsinki-Dubai flights for 2026–27 winter season

Finnish airline Finnair will suspend all flights between Helsinki and Dubai from October 25, 2026, through March 27, 2027, citing continued instability in the Middle East.

The airline announced the decision in a statement, saying it regularly assesses the security situation and adjusts its network when necessary.

Finnair said the situation in the Middle East remains unstable and shows no clear signs of improvement. As a result, the airline decided to suspend the route for the entire 2026–27 winter season.

The carrier apologised to passengers for the disruption and the resulting changes to their travel plans.
