Five injured in two shooting incidents in central Athens PHOTO
Two shooting incidents occurred in central Athens on the morning of April 28, leaving at least five people injured.
The first incident took place at around 10:30 a.m. in the Kerameikos district, where an 89-year-old man entered a social insurance fund building and opened fire with a hunting rifle, wounding one employee, Caliber.Az reports, citing Greek media.
He then left the scene by taxi and headed to the Court of Appeal building on Loukareos Street, where he opened fire again.

Four more people were injured in the second incident.
All victims were hospitalised, and their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Following the shootings, an emergency evacuation was carried out at the court building.
Police and emergency medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
Authorities said the weapon used in the attacks has been recovered.
An investigation is underway to determine the suspect’s motives and the circumstances surrounding the incidents.
