FlyDubai Boeing 737 makes emergency landing in Baku due to passenger illness
A FlyDubai Boeing 737 en route from Moscow to Dubai made an emergency landing at Heydar Aliyev International Airport early on 5 December after one of the passengers on board experienced a sudden deterioration in health.
The aircraft landed safely in Baku at 05:30 local time following the captain’s request for an immediate diversion, Caliber.Az reports, citing AZAL’s press service.
Airport medical teams provided the passenger with prompt first aid upon arrival. Specialists are continuing the necessary medical procedures in response to the passenger’s condition.
Heydar Aliyev International Airport ensured full operational coordination during the emergency landing, reaffirming its commitment to international aviation standards, flight safety, and the well-being of passengers on all routes.
