Foreign journalists visit Azerbaijan’s Ganja
Foreign journalists who arrived in Azerbaijan to cover the summit of the Non-Aligned Movement’s Contact Group in response to COVID-19, after Aghdam, visited Ganja’s territory destroyed as a result of Armenian terror.
A delegation consisting of 30 people visited Victory Park, APA reports.
Then the guests were informed that the Armenian Armed Forces, violating the norms and principles of international law, the Geneva Convention of 1949, deliberately fired on the Azerbaijani civilians, and settlements by using heavy artillery.
As a result of war crimes committed by the defeated Armenian army on the battlefield, 26 people were killed in Ganja, including children, women, and the elderly, 175 people were injured, and numerous civilian infrastructure facilities and vehicles were damaged.
The journalists have recently visited Aghdam. They are expected to visit Fuzuli and Shusha on March 4.
