Four people were killed and six others injured after an Iranian missile struck a residential building in the Israeli city of Be’er Sheva, Israeli emergency services have confirmed.
The casualties include a man in his 40s, a woman in her 30s, and a young man aged around 20, Caliber.Az reports, citing Israeli media.
The six injured individuals sustained light to moderate wounds and are currently receiving medical treatment.
The attack occurred amid ongoing tensions between the two Middle Eastern rivals, which have been ongoing since June 13.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) earlier reported multiple missile launches from Iran targeting Israeli territory. In response, authorities issued urgent instructions for residents to seek shelter in bombproof facilities.
