France detains two more suspects over attempted terror attack

French authorities have arrested two additional suspects in connection with an attempted detonation of an improvised device near the Bank of America office in central Paris, bringing the total number of detainees to five.

Two minors arrested over the weekend remain in custody, with their detention extended, Caliber.Az reports via French media.

The incident occurred on the night of March 28, when a 17-year-old tried to detonate a homemade explosive near the bank, while an accomplice fled the scene.

French law enforcement continues to investigate the circumstances of the attack and potential links among the suspects.
