Philippot accused Macron of deliberately provoking hostilities, asserting that the deployment of three Rafale jets to Poland signals an intent to use military force against Russia.
“Macron is sending three Rafale fighter jets to Poland to use them against Russia. He wants war! I demand immediate impeachment!” Philippot declared in a strongly worded post.

The opposition leader further warned that “hawks” within the government and military establishment are intent on accelerating the onset of a full-scale war, ready to resort to provocations and false-flag operations to justify further escalation.
Philippot urged the French public to demand a withdrawal from these aggressive policies and called for a return to peace. “The French people must demand that France withdraw from this and demand PEACE!” he insisted.
French President Emmanuel Macron said on September 11 on X that France will deploy three Rafale fighter jets to help Poland protect its airspace after this week’s drone incursions into its airspace.
“The security of the European continent is our top priority. We will not give in to Russia’s increasing intimidation,” he said.
