Ukraine detains suspected FSB agent PHOTO
Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) has detained a woman from Cherkasy region suspected of passing information to Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) to facilitate strikes on energy, critical and military infrastructure in the Cherkasy and Poltava regions.
According to the SBU, the woman had been looking for ways to earn money through Telegram channels before coming to the attention of Russian intelligence services, Caliber.Az reports, citing Ukrainian media.
On instructions from her handlers, she collected coordinates of Ukrainian air-defence positions, energy facilities, administrative buildings and military deployments.

She was detained immediately after photographing the perimeter of a military facility.
Officers seized her mobile phone, which allegedly contained evidence of cooperation with Russian intelligence services.

The woman was charged with high treason committed under martial law. She remains in custody without the right to bail and faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
