French PM says Russia poses direct, immediate threat to France

Russia has changed its position in relation to France and now poses a direct threat to the Republic, according to French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal.

"The reality is that Russia is a direct and immediate threat to France on every level," Attal was quoted as saying by Public Senat.

The prime minister also discussed Russia's disinformation campaigns against France, cyberattacks and "destabilising and dividing operations" in Europe.
