Fuzuli residential complex to be commissioned by late 2023 PHOTO
Azerbaijan’s State Housing Development Agency (MIDA) Spokesperson Diana Dadashova has said that the Fuzuli residential complex is planned to be commissioned by the end of 2023.
The construction of the complex was entrusted to MIDA, and on May 5, Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva got acquainted with the progress of construction work in this complex, Report informs.
She noted that the residential complex with a total area of 8.9 hectares consists of 38 buildings.
"There [in the residential complex] will be 846 flats in the residential complex consisting of four, five, six and seven-storey buildings. Of these, 318 flats will be two-bedroom, 430 will be three-bedroom and 98 will be four-bedroom. Currently, the construction work in the complex continues apace and is being carried out with high quality,” Dadashova noted.
