Gaza Strip death toll from Israeli strikes tops 36,000

At least 66 Palestinians were killed, and almost 400 were injured in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours as a result of the Israeli army's military operation in the region.

"Over the past 24 hours in Gaza, 66 people were killed and 383 were injured," TASS reports, citing the Ministry of Health of the Palestinian enclave.

The Gaza Health Ministry's report also noted that "the total number of victims of Israeli aggression in the enclave rose to 36,050, with another 81,026 people wounded."
