Gaza Strip death toll surpasses 34,000

The death toll from Israeli aggression in the blockaded Gaza Strip in 200 days totalled 34,183, with another 77,143 injured.

The announcement came from the Palestinian Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip on April 23, Anadolu reports.

According to the agency, 32 more residents of the exclave were killed over the past 24 hours, 59 were injured.

Only for the last 10 days, 469 Palestinians became victims of Israeli attacks.

The report notes that there are still bodies of the dead under the rubble of destroyed buildings and on the roadsides. Ambulance and civil defence teams are unable to reach them because of obstacles by Israeli forces.
