Germany declares full solidarity with Saudi Arabia, condemns Iran attacks
German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul has expressed full solidarity with Saudi Arabia following talks with his Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan, while condemning what he described as “ongoing indiscriminate attacks by Iran.”

In a statement, the German Foreign Ministry emphasised the need to prevent further escalation and warned against risks to stability in the region. “We agree we must prevent further escalation. Regional stability must not be jeopardised,” the ministry said.
