Germany threatens Russia with Taurus deliveries to Ukraine

Wolfgang Ischinger, former head of the Munich Security Conference, criticized the position of Western countries on supporting Ukraine.

He called on Kyiv’s allies to move from a "passive to an active" position on the issue, Gazeta.ru reports citing LRT.

He said Russian President Vladimir Putin should send a signal that if air attacks on Ukraine continue, long-range Taurus missiles will be delivered to Ukraine "the next day."

He also called on Western countries to move from "passive to active Western support" for Ukraine.

"Why are we so lenient with Moscow?" - Ischinger stated, noting that "this is a bad strategy."
