Hamas kills Israeli soldiers in Beit Hanoun

Militants of the Palestinian Hamas radical group have entered into battle with soldiers of the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) in north-eastern Beit Hanoun city in the Gaza Strip.

“The mujahideen [militant wing of Hamas] Al-Qassam attacked Zionist forces hiding inside a building in Beit Hanoun by using a thermobaric shell, machine guns and killed several soldiers,” according to the message of Hamas posted on Telegram.

The IDF has not commented on the incident yet.
