Hamas still holds 200 hostages

About 200 people captured by the Palestinian radical movement Hamas during an attack on Israel are being held hostage; there is no exact information about their condition.

Israeli Ambassador to Russia Alexander Ben Zvi said this at an online briefing, TASS reports.

"About 200 hostages are in the hands of Hamas, and we don't know whether they are alive or not," he said.
