Hezbollah fires rockets at northern Israel settlements

Hezbollah said it launched rocket attacks on several locations in northern Israel in response to Israeli strikes on Lebanese cities and the suburbs of Beirut.

In a statement, the group said rockets were fired at the settlement of Even Menachem at 12:15 local time on Friday, March 13.

The organisation said the attack was linked to activities marking Quds Day and warned that additional strikes against several northern Israeli settlements could follow.

According to the statement, Hezbollah fighters also launched a rocket barrage at 12:20 on Friday targeting the settlement of Kabri in northern Israel.
