Hezbollah militant: Majority of fighters cooperate with Israeli intelligence

A militant from Hezbollah's military wing has claimed that Israeli intelligence has infiltrated the organisation to such an extent that up to 70 per cent of its fighters are cooperating with the Jewish state. 

Speaking anonymously in an interview with Israel's Channel 12 TV, the militant revealed his concerns about the depth of Israel’s penetration into the group. 

The militant explained that Hezbollah members are fearful of Israel’s potential to destroy the organisation, but what has emerged as more alarming is the realisation that a significant portion of their own forces are allegedly working with Israel.

According to the fighter, Israeli intelligence has gathered extensive knowledge about Hezbollah, even surpassing the group's understanding of itself.

Hezbollah, he suggested, is struggling to comprehend how Israel has gained such an advantage. While he acknowledged a significant gap in the group’s own intelligence, he expressed suspicions that some of Hezbollah’s high-ranking officials may be double agents, working covertly for Israel.
