Houthis claim drone strike on Saudi oil infrastructure

Yemen's Ansar Allah movement, commonly known as the Houthis, said it had carried out a drone strike targeting Saudi Arabia's oil infrastructure, according to the group's military spokesperson, Yahya Saree.

Saree said the operation targeted "several facilities and sensitive targets" linked to the supply and transportation of crude oil from eastern Saudi Arabia to the Red Sea port of Yanbu, Office Director of the Spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces Ameen Hayyan cited him on X, Caliber.Az reports.

The spokesperson said the attack was carried out in response to what he described as repeated violations of Yemeni airspace by Saudi drones.
