Hundreds of Russian strikes hit Zaporizhzhia region, three injured

Russian forces launched a massive assault on Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region, injuring three people and causing widespread damage, local authorities reported.

Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, noted that Russian attacks totaled 743 strikes across 31 settlements within a single day, Caliber.Az reports.

The assaults included 20 airstrikes, 426 drone attacks—primarily using FPV drones—7 rocket artillery strikes, and 290 artillery bombardments.

Fedorov added that 48 incidents of damage to residential properties and vehicles have been documented, highlighting the scale and intensity of the attacks on the region.
