IDF neutralizes key Hamas, Islamic Jihad leaders in Tulkarm
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF), in collaboration with the Israel General Security Service (Shabak), have announced the successful elimination of a head of the Hamas network in Tulkarm, located in the West Bank.
The information was conveyed by the army's press service, Caliber.Az reports citing Russian media.
Apart from the Hamas leader, the airstrike conducted by the Israeli Air Force also resulted in the death of a senior member of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, which is designated as a terrorist organization in various countries, including Russia.
Overall, the operation led to the deaths of seven individuals affiliated with Hamas and Islamic Jihad who were actively operating in the West Bank.
The IDF's actions are part of ongoing efforts to target and dismantle militant operations in the region.
