IDF: Rocket manufacturing site, dozens of projectiles found in West Bank raid PHOTO

Israeli forces raided a site in Ramallah overnight, uncovering a rocket manufacturing workshop and dozens of projectiles, and arrested three Palestinians suspected of plotting attacks against Israeli territory, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said the joint operation, carried out with the Shin Bet security agency and the police’s counterterrorism unit Yamam, targeted a site in the Na’ama area linked to the attempted rocket launch, Caliber.Az reports via IDF. 

According to the military, troops surrounded a building used by the suspects, exchanged fire, and apprehended the men after they surrendered. Inside the facility, soldiers reported finding dozens of rockets, including two prepared for launch but lacking warheads, as well as explosives and equipment allegedly used to manufacture the weapons.

The rockets and explosive materials were dismantled on site, and the three detainees were transferred to Shin Bet custody for interrogation.
