IDF says it struck over 40 Hezbollah sites in southern Lebanon VIDEO

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said it carried out a series of airstrikes in southern Lebanon over the past 24 hours, targeting what it described as infrastructure linked to Hezbollah.

In a statement, the military said more than 40 sites were struck and dismantled across multiple locations. The targets reportedly included command centres, military structures, and other facilities that the IDF said were being used to plan and carry out attacks against Israeli forces and the state of Israel, Caliber.Az reports.

The IDF also said that a “suspicious aerial target” was identified over southern Lebanon on April 30 and was likely intercepted. Air raid sirens were activated in line with standard procedures, according to the statement.

The military said it would continue operations against what it described as threats to Israeli civilians and soldiers, in line with directives from the country’s political leadership.
