India’s foreign exchange reserves rise to $703 billion

India’s foreign exchange reserves increased by $2.362 billion last week, reaching $703.308 billion.
The increase marks the third consecutive weekly rise, following a gain of more than $3.8 billion in the previous week, Caliber.Az reports, citing Xinhua.
Data from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) showed foreign currency assets, the largest component of the reserves, had risen by $1.481 billion to $557.463 billion.
Gold reserves also increased by $790 million, reaching $122.133 billion.
