International Media Forum on Islamic Civilisation opens in Uzbekistan

An International Media Forum titled Islamic Civilisation: A New Perspective – New Discoveries has opened in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, bringing together journalists, media representatives, scholars, experts and communications specialists from the country and abroad.

The forum began with a video presentation outlining the event and its main objectives, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

Participants are discussing the role of modern media in covering Islamic civilisation, preserving historical and cultural heritage, and developing new approaches to showcasing the achievements of the Islamic world in the global information space.

The program features presentations by international and national experts, panel discussions and master classes.
