Iranian delegation arrives in Islamabad for talks with US VIDEO
An Iranian delegation led by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf arrived in Islamabad late on April 10 to participate in talks with representatives of the United States.
The Islamic Republic’s delegation includes more than 70 people. The group comprises the main negotiating team, members of technical and specialist committees, and media representatives, Caliber.Az reports per Fars.
The U.S. delegation reportedly includes around 300 participants.
Talks are expected to begin in the afternoon, contingent on the Iranian side meeting preliminary requirements.
The Iranian delegation includes around 26 members of technical and specialist committees providing expertise on economic, political and security issues, as well as 23 media representatives from various outlets. The remaining members consist of protocol and coordination staff, interpreters, and security personnel.
