Iranian foreign minister arrives in Oman for Strait of Hormuz talks PHOTO

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi arrived in Muscat on July 11 for an official visit aimed at discussing arrangements for the Strait of Hormuz under the memorandum of understanding that ended the recent conflict between Iran and the United States.

According to the Iranian Foreign Ministry's press office, Araghchi was welcomed at the airport by Omani officials, Caliber.Az reports. 

Earlier, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei said the visit forms part of ongoing consultations on implementing arrangements related to the Strait of Hormuz under the memorandum of understanding reached after the recent hostilities between Tehran and Washington.
