Iraq extends nationwide airspace closure until March 10

Iraq’s airspace will remain closed to flights until March 10, the Baghdad Flight Information Region control service told TASS.

Flights were initially expected to resume on March 7, but the restriction has been extended for another three days. 

Air traffic over the country has been suspended since February 28 due to the US and Israel military operation against Iran.
