IRGC confirms 15 ships navigate strategic Strait of Hormuz in one day

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy has stated that 15 vessels, including four oil tankers, have transited the Strait of Hormuz within the past 24 hours.

In a statement published by Fars News Agency, the organisation said the ships carried out passage after coordination and approval with the force.

The IRGC also cautioned that any vessel engaging with what it described as hostile actors would be treated as posing an immediate security threat and would be responded to accordingly.
