IRGC strikes Al Dhafra airbase, US aircraft evacuated amid explosions VIDEO

Early on March 16, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy carried out a large-scale operation targeting a central ammunition depot at Al Dhafra Air Base in the United Arab Emirates, which hosts US armed forces.

Reports indicate that powerful explosions shook the base, prompting commanders to issue an evacuation order. The US Air Force subsequently withdrew combat aircraft from the facility, relocating them to more remote bases in the region, Caliber.Az reports via Iranian media.

The attacks were part of the 55th wave of "Operation True Promise 4," according to sources. Al Dhafra, near Abu Dhabi, serves as a critical hub for American air operations across the Persian Gulf.
