Israel accuses Global Sumud flotilla of having ties to Hamas
The Israeli Foreign Ministry has announced that the ships of the Global Sumud flotilla, heading toward Gaza, are owned by Saif Abu Kishk.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry refers to him in the statement as a “Hamas operative,” per Caliber.Az.
The Israeli Ministry claims that Abu Kishk runs a shell company, Cyber Neptune, in Spain, through which he became the actual owner of ships travelling to Gaza from European countries.
“The link to Hamas isn’t hidden. It’s in plain sight,” the Ministry states in a message titled “Exposed: Jihadist Hamas Flotilla.”
The statement from the Israeli Ministry does not provide clear evidence linking Saif Abu Kishk to Hamas activities or proving that he is indeed the owner of the Global Sumud flotilla ships. Formally, he is listed as the “press secretary,” “official representative,” and “member of the leadership” of the flotilla.
Abu Kishk himself has described the allegations against the flotilla as “psychological warfare.”
