Israel arrests senior Hamas member
On the night of November 20, the IDF and Shin Bet (the Israeli Security Agency) arrested 16 wanted individuals in Judea and Samaria, including senior Hamas member Tarek Abdullah Ahmed Salim and another member of the terrorist organization.
As Detaly.co.il reports, during the operation in Wadi al-Farah, terrorists fired at troops, and during the operation in Jericho, they threw a shock grenade. Security forces responded by opening fire.
In addition, terrorists fired at several Israeli vehicles in Judea and Samaria at night. The vehicles were damaged, but no one was injured. The shooters were detained.
So far, about 1,850 wanted persons have been arrested in Judea and Samaria since the start of the war, about 1,100 of whom are associated with the terrorist organization Hamas.
