Foreigners will be required to obtain an electronic entry permit (ETA). The innovation is expected to be operational from June 1, 2024. The ETA is expected to make the process of entering Israel much easier. It is expected to speed up the process of entering and leaving Israel.
ETAs are not available on site, only by appointment. The application time is 10 minutes at 25 shekels per person. The ETA will be issued within two days and is valid for two years.
