Israel conducts air operations over Gaza

The Israeli Air Force deployed drones, helicopters, and fighter jets over the Gaza Strip on October 4.

According to Israeli authorities, the operation is intended to counter potential threats and prevent attacks targeting soldiers. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said all intelligence resources have been focused on protecting troops on the ground, Caliber.Az reports per Israeli media.

The military also issued warnings to residents of Gaza, stating that Gaza City remains encircled and that attempts to return to certain areas carry serious risks. Civilians were advised to avoid northern parts of the territory and to steer clear of zones experiencing ongoing military activity, including in the south.
