Israel destroys Hamas rocket site in southern Gaza strike VIDEO
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has confirmed the destruction of a Hamas rocket launch complex located in the Khan Younis area of southern Gaza.
The targeted site was reportedly primed for imminent attacks on Israeli territory. The launch complex was fully operational and prepared to fire rockets toward Israel, Caliber.Az reports, citing the IDF’s statement.
The IDF described the strike as a “preventive measure” aimed at neutralising an immediate threat. Military officials noted that following the airstrike, a series of secondary explosions occurred at the site, suggesting that a significant cache of munitions was present. Such secondary blasts are often interpreted as evidence of weapons storage, reinforcing the claim that the site posed a substantial danger.
