Israel holds major military drills along Jordan border VIDEO
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF), including its Air Force and Navy, have completed military exercises aimed at strengthening combat readiness and defensive capabilities in Eilat and the Arava Valley along the Jordanian border.
According to the IDF press service, the exercises were conducted simultaneously across multiple operational theaters and involved dozens of simulated scenarios.
The drills included maritime vessel infiltration, a kidnapping incident, anti-tank missile attacks, mass-casualty events, and the infiltration of military bases and civilian facilities, including hotels, schools and beaches.
The exercises were designed to test the military’s preparedness for a range of potential threats and improve coordination across different operational environments.
“The Israel Defense Forces will conduct an in-depth analysis of the exercises, identifying weaknesses and strengths, with the aim of further enhancing defensive capabilities and readiness for various scenarios,” the IDF said in a statement.
