Israel not planning direct talks with Lebanon, says FM

Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Saar has stated that Israel does not intend to hold direct negotiations with the Lebanese government in the coming days.

Saar made the remarks during a briefing for international media, reflecting Israel’s stance on the current situation along the Lebanon border, per Israeli media.

He added that Tel Aviv expects Lebanon to take decisive steps to halt attacks from the Hezbollah group.
