Israel protests Russia over use of Iranian drones in Ukraine
Israel has protested Russia due to the use of kamikaze drones purchased from Iran during military operations in Ukraine.
As the Israeli media published, the local 11KAN TV channel reported on November 20 that the protest was expressed through two channels, Report informs.
Initially, Israeli Ambassador to Moscow Alexander Ben-Zvi made the relevant statement during a meeting with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, who oversees the Middle East and in the past served as Russian Ambassador to Israel.
Then the head of the National Security Council, Eyal Hulata, publicly stated that Israel, in response to the supply of Iranian weapons to Russia, could think about retaliatory actions, without specifying the details.
According to Hulata, Jerusalem cautioned Russia against buying Iranian missiles. Otherwise, Israel will start deliveries of high-precision missiles to Ukraine.
