Israel reports new rocket attack from Iran, interception systems active

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has reported a new rocket attack originating from Iran, according to the army’s press service.

A short while ago, the IDF identified missiles launched from Iran toward the territory of the State of Israel, the IDF said, adding that defence systems are operating to intercept the incoming threat.

“In the past few minutes, the Home Front Command has sent a precautionary directive directly to mobile phones in the relevant areas,” the press release stated.
