Israel says it carried out over 230 strikes across Iran in 24 hours VIDEO
The Israeli military said it conducted more than 230 airstrikes across Iran over the past 24 hours, targeting military infrastructure, including air defence systems, ballistic missile launchers and weapons production facilities.
In a statement, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said the strikes were part of an ongoing campaign to weaken Iran’s missile capabilities and air defence networks, Caliber.Az reports.
The military said it had targeted ballistic missile launchers that were ready for use, as well as sites involved in weapons production. It also released footage that it said showed precision strikes against air defence systems in the capital, Tehran.
According to the Israeli Air Force, the operations were carried out based on military intelligence and aimed at reducing Iran’s operational capacity.
