Israel kills Hamas fighters in Gaza, October 7 infiltrator among them PHOTO
The Israeli military said it has killed three Hamas militants in northern Gaza, including a fighter who infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7, 2023 attack.
In a joint statement, the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) and the Israel Security Agency (ISA) noted that Abdallah Jahja, a member of Hamas' naval force, was killed in a strike carried out on July 21 in the northern Gaza Strip, Caliber.Az reports.
According to the statement, Jahja took part in the October 7 attack and later planned maritime attacks targeting Israeli troops and civilians during the war.

The IDF and ISA also said two other members of Hamas' military wing were killed in the strike: Mohammed Al-Hawari, a cell commander in Hamas' Zeitoun Battalion, and Sabhi Saqallah, an observation operative in the same battalion.
The Israeli military made it clear that the three militants had been involved in planning attacks against Israeli forces and civilians and were targeted to eliminate the threat they posed.
