Israel strikes eastern Lebanon, killing 10 VIDEO
At least ten people were killed and five injured after Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) strikes hit eastern Lebanon, as per the Lebanese National News Agency cited by Al Jazeera.
The attack reportedly targeted Temnin-et-Tahta in the Baalbek district.
Earlier, the IDF announced a new wave of strikes near Beirut, claiming to target weapons depots and headquarters of the Lebanese Shiite group Hezbollah. According to Al Hadath, four leaders of the allied group Al-Jamaa al-Islamiya were also killed in the operation.
Israeli airstrikes continued overnight into March 11, 2026, as part of the escalating 2026 Hezbollah–Israel war, which erupted on March 2 after Hezbollah fired rockets at Israel in solidarity with Iran following the US–Israeli Operation Epic Fury that killed Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and senior IRGC figures.
