Israel strikes Gaza: Dozens killed while awaiting humanitarian aid Video
At least dozens have died in the past 24 hours in the Gaza Strip due to fresh Israeli air strikes and shelling, including civilians awaiting humanitarian aid.
Israeli bombardments on June 18 claimed the lives of at least 30 people across Gaza, Caliber.Az reports citing a British newspaper.
The victims include residents of the Maghazi refugee camp and the Zeitoun neighbourhood, located in the central and northern parts of the enclave.
Air strikes targeting residential buildings resulted in at least 14 deaths, with a further five fatalities reported in a displacement camp in Khan Yunis in southern Gaza.
Separately, 11 people were killed by Israeli fire while gathered along Salahuddin Road in central Gaza, waiting for United Nations humanitarian aid deliveries.
The Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) have announced they are investigating reports of civilian casualties among those awaiting food assistance.
