Israel strikes Iran's military industry sites near Tehran

The Israeli military said its air force carried out a series of strikes on Iran’s military industry facilities in the Tehran area.

According to a statement from the Israel Defence Forces press service, more than 150 fighter jets took part in the operation, deploying over 120 munitions.

The targets included facilities involved in the research, development and production of weapons. The statement also said strikes hit sites where, according to the Israeli side, ballistic missiles are produced and stored.
