Overnight Israeli air raid on Lebanon leaves 16 dead, 35 wounded

On March 7, at least 16 people were killed and 35 injured in overnight Israeli airstrikes on the mountainous town of Nabi Chit, according to Lebanon’s Ministry of Health.

The Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah said its fighters clashed with Israeli forces who landed in the mountains of eastern Lebanon on the evening of March 6, Caliber.Az reports via foreign media.

Israel has not issued any statement regarding the clashes there.
