Israeli drone strikes ambulance in southern Lebanon, four killed

In the village of Al-Qlailah near the city of Tyre in southern Lebanon, an Israeli drone struck an ambulance belonging to the health department, killing four people, Lebanon 24 reports.

Israel launched a campaign against the Lebanese group Hezbollah on March 2. The following day, the Israel Defence Forces began a ground operation in southern Lebanon. 

According to Lebanon’s Ministry of Health, by April 3, Israeli attacks across the country had killed more than 1,300 people, with another 4,100 injured.
