Israeli forces detain six in West Bank raids, seize weapons PHOTO / VIDEO
Israeli security forces have detained six individuals during a series of counterterrorism raids carried out over the past 24 hours in parts of the occupied West Bank, according to a statement from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
The operations, conducted jointly by the IDF and Border Police and based on intelligence from the Israel Security Agency, took place in the areas of Al-Ram, Kafr ‘Aqab, and Qalandiya, Caliber.Az reports.
According to the military, forces searched around 100 structures and questioned more than 40 individuals during the raids. The six detainees are suspected of involvement in militant activity, incitement, and weapons possession.

The IDF said troops also seized more than 10 weapons, including pistols, locally manufactured firearms known as “Carlo” guns, a hunting rifle, and M16 and M4 rifles. Improvised explosive devices, weapon components, ammunition, and other military equipment were also confiscated, the statement said.
The detained individuals were transferred to Israeli police for further questioning.
Israeli forces said operations against suspected militant activity would continue across the West Bank.
