Israeli forces prevent imminent attack in West Bank raid

Israeli security forces have prevented a planned terrorist attack in the West Bank, Israel Police spokesperson’s office reports.

According to the statement, two suspected militants were arrested in the city of Nablus (Shechem), where they were allegedly planning to carry out an attack “in the near future.”

During a night operation, special forces surrounded the building where the suspects were located. Following negotiations, they surrendered without the use of force.

The detainees have since been transferred to the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) for further investigation.
