Israeli Foreign Ministry summons Ukrainian envoy Due to UN support for anti-Israel resolutions

Ukrainian Ambassador to Israel Yevgen Korniychuk has been summoned to the Israeli Foreign Ministry after Kyiv twice supported anti-Israeli resolutions at the UN.

A protest in connection with the vote of Ukraine's representative in the Special Political and Decolonisation Committee of the United Nations will be expressed to the ambassador, TASS reports citing the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation Kan.

The head of the department of international organisations of the Israeli Foreign Ministry, Amir Weissbrod called Kyiv’s step "outrageous", and, according to Kan, he said that the Israeli side would find a way to "express its dissatisfaction with the Ukrainians".
