Israeli home of musician Makarevich damaged by missile debris PHOTO
Debris from a missile landed on the home and property of 72-year-old Mashina Vremeni frontman Andrey Makarevich and his 42-year-old wife Einat Klein in the village of Kerem Maharal near Haifa, Israel.
The impact shattered a window in a children’s room, while the garden was covered with metal fragments, Caliber.Az reports, citing SHOT.
According to Klein, the Iranian strike caught their family while they were returning home from visiting friends.
She said they had to lie on the ground for a long time while emergency services passed by.
No one in the family was injured.
“In general, you should see the positive in everything: we went to visit friends! We lay on the grass! We watched huge fire trucks, police cars, ambulances — it was a blast!” Klein said.
On Monday night, Iran launched missile strikes on Israel in response to Israeli Air Force strikes on Beirut, Lebanon.
